Canton and Fells Point Engagement Session – Because of the many throw back stories involved in this engagement session post, I had a hard time deciding where to start. So I figured I’d start with how we ended up under a Raven’s banner, in a canton bar, on a chill monday in March. Jess and Colley decided for their engagement session they would like to go back to the spot they first met, which was out front of Claddagh Pub (also known as Claddaghs- at least when knocking back a few). So that is where we met up for a drink before we ventured into the chill. Before stepping outside to the spot where they first met, I had them go upstairs to incorporate a little Ravens regalia for Colley. After a few photos in Canton we headed over to Fells Point. Jess wore a very cute black dress and was a trooper about it because it was cold! Colley did his best to keep Jess warm and they managed to not just pull off a chilly session, they nailed it!

It wouldn’t be right if I shared this post without also talking a little about how Jess and I know each other. Jess and I met in high school. I spent a good portion of my classes writing notes to her (of course I never did this during photo class). Passing our origami folded notes between class and lunch was a staple of those teenage years. We mostly wrote about our crushes and daily dramas, as teenage girls do : ) Now that we are all grown up, it is great seeing Jess with such a sweet man. Colley and Jess I can’t wait to witness and photograph your nuptials in June!
