Kelly and Phil were married on a warm October day in the beautiful sanctuary of Annunciation Catholic Church in Washington DC, followed by a great Celebrations at the Bay wedding reception. Kelly looked stunning in an Enzoani wedding gown. To complete her look, she rocked a sexy pair of heels detailed in lace. Phil carried with him a pocket watch engraved with their wedding date. Also engraved was Kelly’s wedding gift to Phil, which was a set of cufflinks with their wedding venue coordinates. Last but not least, Kelly and Phil had the inside of their rings engraved. They read, “Bug + Buddy ” which is their nicknames for each other. Such a thoughtful detail I just simply love.

I really enjoyed how Kelly and Phil put a personal spin on some popular wedding traditions.  Starting with a detour after the ceremony to McDonald’s for cheeseburgers. Instead of crossing arms and sipping champagne, Kelly and Phil crossed arms and took a big bite out of each other’s burger. For their garter and bouquet toss, Kelly tossed a plush stuffed panda as a substitute to the wedding bouquet and Phil tossed a pack of cigars in place of the bride’s garter. The newlyweds and their guests celebrated with dancing, a chocolate fondue fountain, and a romantic night time bay breeze. Congratulation Kelly and Phil on your beautiful wedding day and marriage!
