Liberty Mountain Boulder Ridge Lodge- First thing I noticed when I walked into Kristen and Mike’ s wedding lodge was how warm and inviting it felt. The tables were covered in silky purple linens and splashes of green flowers made the centerpieces very cheerful. Their menus, escort cards, and programs played perfectly into their fun summer mountain resort getaway wedding. Kristen wore a J & B Bridals private collection gown that was graced with buttons cascading down the back of the dress. It was so romantic and a perfect fit for Kristen’s style. She also had a bouquet of flowing orchids to compliment her charming look. After a very sweet ceremony within the walls of the cozy lodge, Kristen and Mike were game to head outside and brave the rain. We snapped a few photos under the umbrella and overhang of the lodge.  After a few minutes outside, the rain stopped and we were able to capture some really fun and beautiful outdoor photos!  Back inside the reception was buzzing with chatter and laughs. The yummy cake pops that Kristen made for favors quickly became everyone’s favorite item on the menu. Mike serenaded Kristen and their guests with the best sing-along song ever, “Sweet Caroline,” which for me was my favorite reception moment. Before the night was over, Kristen and Mike posed for a photo of them holding pictures of their parents on their wedding day. I absolutely love this shot, and I bet one day Kristen and Mike will be the couple in the picture frame as their child weds and takes the same photo. Congrats to the newlyweds!
