Towson Golf and Country Club- Leading up to Megan and Chris’s wedding, I received an email from Megan that had me laughing so hard that my dog got up and left the room. Megan had sent me her timeline with comical side notes expressing her wedding day excitement. A few weeks before that she had sent me a message to check in on my pup after hearing that she had surgery. Both of these messages certainly made my day. Both Chris and Megan to the core are as thoughtful as they are fun loving. So naturally when Megan and Chris set up their engagement session, they wanted to end with some big laughs and decided that jumping into the pool would leave us all on a high note. Before they took a dive, we spent some time running around with their four legged family member Miles the Puggle. If it would have been possible, I’m sure they would have loved to include Miles on their wedding day. Since he could not be there in person, Miles along with Chris left a surprise message on the bottom of Megan’s sandal. That was by far the nicest thing any dog has ever left on the bottom of someone’s sandal. There were very special loved ones who had passed and could not be at their wedding, but Megan and Chris both wore tokens in their memories. Chris wore a photo pin by his heart of his father, and Megan pinned charms from her grandfather and grandmother on her bouquet. Something else really special about their day was that their wedding party was all family. Being the kind of couple that likes to have fun, it didn’t take Chris long to ditch the dress shoes for tennis shoes so he could rock his best dance moves, and at the end of the night Megan changed into a cute white summer dress so that when she went home, she could be smothered in doggie kisses from Miles.
