It was a beautiful Saturday drive to Elizabeth and Christian’s Pond View Farm wedding. While jamming out to my tunes with the windows rolled down, I passed cornfields and cattle and felt the good vibes flowing. If the drive was anything like the wedding day, I knew I was in for a treat. When I arrived at Pond View Farm, I was taken back by the incredible blues reflecting from the surface of the pond. Cattle grazed and sunbathed across the field. As tempting as it was to spend the next hour gazing on the landscape, Liz and her bridesmaids were busy inside prepping for the big day ahead. Liz was a delight to correspond with over the months of her wedding planning, and I had been looking forward to this couple’s wedding since the day we met! More about their wedding following the photos.

When you walk up to the farm house, you are greeted but two endearing bulldogs. They watched me for a couple minutes as I took a few photos, and then it was back to their dog naps.  After Liz and her girls finished a few pre-wedding photos, Christian and his guys arrived in a whirlwind of excitement and laughs. Guests began to trickle in shortly there after, all taking in the beauty, meandering around the pond, and slowly finding their seats after taking snapshots of their arrival.  Christian and Liz were married under the weeping willows, backdropped by the cerulean blue pond and a rainbow!

Dancing kicked off shortly after sunset and went late into the night, The guests were an eager group, ready to through elbows if it meant being the one to snatch the bouquet and garter. The cake cutting was followed by a most entertaining cake smash. Their wedding had it all, from an incredibly beautiful location to an awesome party filled with guests who showed up with their A game. Congrats Christian and Liz! Thank you for asking me to be your part of your wedding!
