There are countless ways you may meet that person who captures first your attention and then your heart. Jodi and Gilbert just so happened to meet during an annual friends vacation dubbed “Life Enhancement Week”.  I would say they lived up to the vacation title by finding that special someone during such an occasion. Fast foward through years of dating, a big move to California, and a mountaintop proposal to their epic wedding day at the Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center. The setting was an eco-friendly, rustic, chic vibe and their wedding had all the cool details!  Including heart shaped shades, ceremony stones, a super creative, one of a kind “peas find your seat” pea pod seating chart, family photos centerpieces (including one of their kitties), mini blueberry pies…I could go on and on raving about their awesome details!  The guests and wedding party were a blast to photograph and everyone brought their A++ game to Jodi and Gilbert’s wedding.  I am so happy to have met Jodi years ago when she was an event planner for a magazine I photograph events for. She always did an amazing job with the magazine events, and I had no doubt her wedding would be anything less than fantastic. Jodi and Gilbert, Well Done!!
