I am very excited to share Christina and Stephen’s wedding on the blog today. This wonderful couple was married on June 13th, and looking back at their photos instantly brings a big smile to my face. Read more about their wedding at the bottom of the post!
Historic Baldwin Wedding
Christina and Stephen were married at the Baldwin Memorial United Methodist Church. The church was filled with beautiful light and love as this sweet couple said, “I do”. After guests received the couple, the newlyweds sounded the church bell and officially kicked off the wedding party. The celebration started with cocktails and corn hole in the garden at the Baldwin Hall. Their venue was built in 1861 and was teeming with character. As guests made their way inside the historic hall for dinner, they stopped to check out the delightful scrapbook created by the bride. It was filled with photos of the couple’s journeys and memories together. At every point of the evening, I found someone pouring over this wonderful book. When it came time for toasts, Christina and Stephen used the same champagne glasses the bride’s parents used on their wedding day. Another remarkable family heirloom was the ring Christina wore from her great-great grandmother which she received in 1908 from her great-great grandfather. Their dance party was an absolute blast and I found myself making a few trips to their delicious candy bar…the whoopie pies were irresistible! Congrats Christina and Stephen!
