Today I am excited to share a throwback post of a lovely wedding from fall of 2014. Julie and Jeff were married the first weekend in October on a beautiful sunny day. Julie wore an eye-catching gown by Allure, complete with dazzling teardrop earrings. Jeff met Julie at the church altar where they sealed their love with vows and a kiss. After their wedding ceremony we headed over to the Links at Gettysburg for wedding day portraits and a very memorable dance party that even included special guest appearances. Check out their Links at Gettysburg wedding!
Prior to the reception the newlyweds and their wedding party took a golf cart ride down to the golfing greens for photos. Julie was wearing a family heirloom ring that belonged to her grandmother, and while riding on the golf cart it slipped off. We all jumped off our carts and started searching for this needle in a haystack. We really thought it was gone for good, but miraculously Jeff found it! Seriously, it was nothing short of a miracle to find this tiny ring somewhere out on the path, not really knowing where it fell. Jeff was my new hero!
Julie and Jeff’s wedding day entertainment was provided by Lasting Impressions. Their dj took the party to a whole other level when he supplied the groomsmen with pink wings and microphones. They sang a few motown tunes and were followed up by the father of the bride dressed as Elvis. The ladies went wild! To end the night, Julie and Jeff departed by way of a sparkler exit. It was a great day filled with love, laughter, and even a miracle. Cheers to Julie and Jeff!
